Join our IPHM-accredited Usui First-Degree Japanese Reiki Course in Cannock, Staffordshire, and experience the transformative power of Reiki.
Our next group session takes place on Saturday, 1st February 2025, from 9:45 am to 5:30 pm. PLEASE NOTE: This is an in-person only course.
We unfortunately don't offer online versions of this course.
CURIOUS ABOUT WHAT TO EXPECT?
Reiki First-Degree (Shoden) is where it all begins.
At Earthbound we run small groups to ensure you receive a high-quality learning experience.
The first-degree course is run across one day, we send out a comprehensive, multimedia home study pack a month before the course which includes:
- The history of Reiki and where it came from.
- Information on the founder Mikao Usui and what he taught.
- The Reiki ‘Precepts’ and use of empowerments.
- How mindfulness is at the core of Reiki.
- Daily energy exercises and self-treatments.
- How to use Reiki on others.
No prior experience is required for our course; all you need is an open mind.
We warmly welcome individuals from other Reiki lineages—you don't need to redo your Reiki Level One, but if you're looking for a refresher, that's absolutely fine.
Enjoy a fun and informative day filled with practical exercises and energy work, including refreshments and lunch, in the company of like-minded individuals.
