Trauma Release Boxing Coach Qualification
Learn how to help people release trauma in a safe, contained and fun way.
The main muscles that hold trauma are the neck, shoulders, back and hips - boxing helps to release these areas.
The vagus nerve is responsible for anxiety, depression and calm - boxing helps to tone the vagus nerve.
This course is suitable for beginners - you will learn everything.
Create a safe space for people to get back into movement after boxing.
