Spring Equinox Retreat
We are excited to bring you our Spring Equinox Retreat on Saturday 12th April 2025.
Our focus will be 'Welcoming The New' as we work towards renewal, re-balance and rejuvenation moving into the spring months.
This safe space allows some time for you welcome the new as your release and let go of what no longer serves you, supporting you on a spiritual journey of growth and bringing peace within your heart.
Itinerary of the Day:
- Opening Ceremony
- Opening Meditation
- Spring Circle
- Lunch
- Journaling/Intention setting (Outdoor workshop includes Tree hugging, weather permitting)
- Creative Art Activities
- Sound Bath
- Sunset Meditation
