Embodied Communication

From the never-ending noise of our busy lives to the inner wisdom of the heart and soul we are in non stop communication with ourselves, everything and everyone around us.

This weekend offers an expansive exploration of communication with self and others that is grounded in esoteric wisdom and embodied knowing with the purpose of bringing deeper presence and love to all we are 'saying' to the world.

Saturday 22nd and Sunday 23rd February 10.30 – 5.30 

In-person Aboyne, Aberdeenshire or online.

Suitable for therapists, lightworkers, carers, volunteers, in fact, anyone who cares about how they are communicating with the world.

Investment £175 including attendance certificate, lunch and refreshments. Early bird £150 available until the 21st of January 2025.

Accredited by The International Practitioners of Holistic Medicine (IPHM) therefore suitable for CPD and tax deductible.

I created these workshops realising many of us in the caring professions were not supported by accessible training and an environment paying more than lip service to self-care.

My mission is to share, what is now, a lifetime of learning, in an easy, informal, yet informative way that places emphasis on nurturing YOU!

We simply cannot hold space, whether to family, friends, clients or colleagues, when we are running on empty. As the wheel of the year turns and we start stepping out of winter, give this gift of retreat, learning and nurture to you!

Fun, informative and just a tad different, the weekend will be broken up by meditation, movement and practical exercises that give personal experience of our great gifts of communication, connection and knowing.
