Cure détox, spécial burn out and/or weigth loss

A special cure is absolutely essential to get out of his daily life, family or professional and thus allow an absolutely essential disconnect for optimal management.

TREATMENTS PROPOSED
Your complete and precise ayurvedic assessment will be the starting point of the different practices and acts that will be set up to accompany you during the whole cure.

The main focus will be on nourishing, regenerating, calming and rebuilding the nervous system through the following approaches:

• Herbal
• 2 massages and daily treatments (shirodhara, shiropicchu, shiroshampi, shirolepam, pizzichil...)
• Relaxation practices, meditations, gentle yoga, mantras (no prerequisites required)
• Space for expression
• Vegetarian, organic, ayurvedic and re-balancing food
• Nature walk
• Post-cure follow-up

Price: 1150 € per week in double room, 1250 € in single room
2200 € in double room for two weeks, 2300 € in single room

Deposit for accommodation and board of 380 euros to be paid at registration.
