Body Code Healing Workshop
Welcome to the HARMONYU HMU Holistic Wellness Workshop!
Our Holistic Wellness Programme helps you to effectively achieve physical, emotional, mental, spiritual and spatial wellness. It helps your holistic body alignment to enjoy high energy living every day.
By understanding your physical body wisdom which is the micro-universe, you can gain deeper insights into wisdom of the macro-universe through unlocking your body.
This week HMU HARMONYU will start with Module 3 – Body Code which we will guide you through the secret techniques on how to unlock your body code to release full body potential for wellbeing and wisdom.
You will learn:
- HMU unique body code technique to unlock the body blockage, and connect with the eastern meridians body system to enhance energy circulation and improve immune system for your physical wellness;
- HMU specific breathing method to activate the body channels and energy circulation in your body;
- Immerse yourself with our HMU advanced smart energy frequency vibration to facilitate your Qi energy activation for the body exercises.
