IPHM Accredited Training Provider Application - Executive Membership
Please complete the following application form. Once you have completed your application form, you should pay the £240.00 subscription fee. Fees can be paid via Paypal subscription and renewal payments will be automatically taken each year unless cancelled or you may pay direct via credit or debit card and future renewals will be sent via invoice.

Executive membership offers you a listing and also a full profile page to include further text to promote your training school with links and option to include up to 30 recognised training courses. You may use our logo to show you as an approved accredited training provider on your own certificates that you issue to your students and your own stationary and website. Your own students may then request Therapist membership once they have completed your training and will be automatically accepted.
Spread the cost with monthly payments - Please note total payable with this option - 1st months payment £72.00 including £48.00 non refundable deposit then thereafter £24.00 pcm - total 1st year £336.00, 2nd year and thereafter monthly payments continue at £24.00 pcm - total yearly payment £288.00.
To apply for the IPHM Training Provider Membership, applicants must confirm that their training manuals are fully prepared and comply with the IPHM standards and guidelines. If the training manuals are not ready, the application will not be accepted (a refund will be issued minus your deposit). Membership is renewed annually, and we want to ensure our members maximise the benefits of their membership.
