Beauty Taping is the technique of relaxing facial muscles, lengthening them, lifting sagging skin and stimulating the lymphatic system with the help of kinesiology tapes.

Lines and wrinkles are related to the tension we carry in our body, that affects the facial muscles and the lymphatic system and consequently influences the ageing process.

Taping with kinesiology tapes was invented by the late Japanese Chiropractor Dr Kenzo Kase during the 1970s and used first by athletes during the Olympics in Seoul in 1988 and then in London in 2012.

With the success of using kinesiology tapes on the body and the new understanding that wrinkles originate mainly from muscle strain, Dr Kase explored taping on the face and eventually Face / Beauty Taping was born.

Beauty Taping is a very powerful, innovative and alternative technique to invasive treatments.

My goal is to equip you with a powerful set of skills and knowledge to enhance your expertise, expand your business, or even embark on a brand-new career—no prior experience is required. This course empowers you to teach clients how to apply these techniques themselves, allowing you to work with individuals and groups, both in-person and via video calls, without needing to perform the techniques directly on them.
