Hello, my name is Jo Dance, and I love helping others to reflect, release and realign with the calling of their soul.

I deliver a variety of workshops and training for those who would like to learn more about themselves, and also for those feeling guided to train to work with others in a professional holistic capacity. I have also personally experienced the benefits of everything I deliver, which is why I feel guided to offer what I do.

The intention of raising frequencies is at the core of all my workshops and training, as I recognise the importance of this in assisting us to evolve and ascend. Therefore, everything I share is energy based - ranging from connecting with the high frequencies of the Angels, to releasing blockages from the meridian system within the body.
