Welcome to Reset with Ruth!

I'm a Integrative Therapeutic Practitioner and Founder of the Reset Well-being Hub based in Barry South Wales and I'm passionate about your well-being!

I provide trauma informed Well-being sessions that aim to shift mindset, calm the nervous system and reconnect back to body.

I help others to move out of anxiety, stress and overwhelm: into rest, recovery through coaching therapeutic body based tools and techniques such as Breathwork, sound therapy, art and creative therapy, somatic practice, EFT Tapping, inner child and future self visualization, using a renowned modality known as compassionate enquiry.

Reset Well-being sessions are available online or in person either on location, or at the Reset Well-being Hub in Barry, South Wales.
I'm experienced in providing transformational facilitation at Well-being events and festivals.
