It's lovely to be here and have the opportunity to give you an insight into what i do that may help you or your friends and loved ones.

As a brain tumour survivor in 2002 I am so grateful to be alive and have the opportunity to help others suffering from mental and physical pain. I have lived with chronic pain in my head since my operation and have learnt to manage this with all I have experienced, learnt and developed in the health and wellness industry since the 1980's. Alternative and holistic therapy is very powerful and can help in so many areas of our lives.

As a Reiki Master Teacher, Crystal Master Teacher, Meditation Teacher, Master NLP Practitioner and Life Coach I have found all these wonderful alternative therapies to be incredibly powerful and magical for myself, my one-to-one clients and my students. I'm known as a Holistic Health & Wellbeing Practitioner writing for publications such as The Daily Express,The Daily Mail, Women and Home Magazine and more and have recently been interviewed on BBC Radio London on manifesting and positive thinking and to discuss my new book Manifest Your Everything - Love Yourself & Create Your Dream Life (published by CICO books)

I have listed below the different courses and workshops I teach for adults and children and the books i have written including my latest book Manifest Your Everything (published by CICO books) that is based on my workshop Love Yourself & Manifest Your Dreams.

I also see clients on a one-to-one basis in person or online and offer Reiki and crystal healing treatments and combine NLP, life coaching, meditation and other energy work that may be needed.

This exciting two day NEW certification teacher training course gives you the opportunity to teach My Crystal Guide to your class at school or set up your own childrens crystal workshops.

This My Crystal Guide teacher training course will guide you to giving fun, magical and educational workshops to children from ages 7+.
Teach them the exciting world of science and crystals, how to meditate with crystals and all about chakras and more.

Learn to teach them all about the magic of crystals and the different ways they can work with their new crystal friends.

      5. LEARN TO TEACH MEDITATION

Become a meditation teacher with this meditation 2 day teacher training course. Learn to teach and give meditations throughout the weekend and enjoy learning new ways to meditate.

LOVE YOURSELF MANIFEST YOUR DREAMS day workshop 10am-5.30pm

My new book Manifest Your Everything - Love Yourself & Create Your Dream Life is based on this workshop that I have developed over many years.

This day is about letting go of what is hurting you and have been holding onto and then giving yourself the love you deserve and finally manifesting what you really want. It includes the well known burning ceremony and cutting of the cord for a final release as well as meditations, exercises to give yourself love and focus on you including working with crystals, an aromatherapy love potion for you and so much more! Everyone is given a gift basket which is included in the day with your own Love Yourself notebook too.

Enjoy an evening of learning inspirational tools and techniques to boost your confidence and feel good. Focus on your needs and what will help you. There will be crystals and more to help enhance you mood and give you a boost.

MANAGE YOUR STRESS, MEDITATE & RE-ENERGISE

Learn ways to feel calm and relax and manage your stress. I will take you through different powerful exercises and meditation with ways to re-energise and re-focus on feeling better. I will also be working with crystals and other valuable tools for a magical evening.

PRESENTATION SKILLS AND MEDIA TRAINING.

I offer presentation and media skills training to help with your video presentations to promote yourself on line and more.

Having a background as a Health & Fitness Presenter on television and radio including on Sky television, Breakfast television with Lorraine Kelly and more. I was also Head of Aerobics for The David Lloyd Clubs.

TALKS - As an International Speaker I also give talks and advice on confidence boosting, managing stress, manifesting, loving yourself, managing pain physically and/or mental, acknowledgement and acceptance of situations and circumstances, meditation, exercise, positive thinking
