For over 14 years, I've immersed myself in the world of trauma healing, drawing from a diverse range of modalities and techniques to support individuals healing from the deep seated traumas and pains of the past and stepping into a brighter, more empowered future.

My journey began with a deep calling to help others navigate the complexities of trauma, spurred on by my own experiences and the profound impact of healing in my life. Trained as an Energy Healer, Life Coach, Bodypsycho Therapist, Reiki Grand Master, Access Bars Practitioner, and Space Clearing Coach, I've dedicated myself to honing my skills and expanding my knowledge to better serve you.

But beyond the titles and certifications lies a heart-centered approach rooted in compassion, empathy, and understanding. I believe that healing is not just about addressing the wounds of the past; it's about embracing the fullness of who you are and stepping into your innate power and resilience.
