My name is Lyndsey,

I am a highly experienced holistic therapist and practitioner/ / master/ teacher.
I offer a wide range of holistic treatments and training to nurture and support the mind, body and spirit, the physical, emotional and mental well-being.

I have a beautiful treatment room where I offer my treatments and therapies in St Helens Merseyside.
I run regular meditation sessions, dance classes for healing , fitness and fun, workshops & wellbeing events, these are usually held at venues in Merseyside.

I run 1-1 and group training sessions and courses.

Fully insured, DBS checked and valid first aid trained.
