Lexi Dells Waves of Wellness

I offer a variety of training courses that help people to learn how to release trauma in a somatic way - this can be through boxing and also kinesiology - all working with the vagus nerve and the nervous system.
I am a highly experienced teacher and my passions are to help other to learn how to support others, particularly when it comes to stress, anxiety and trauma and working with the body.
