The Intution Alchemy Academy was founded by Helen Mantell, whose mission is to provide quality support to people who are ready to unlock their own energy healing and psychic gifts through quality, personalised mentorship and training.

Helen is an award-winning energy healer and psychic, specialising in helping highly sensitive people clear their energetic blocks, ignite their deep intuition & unlock their natural psychic abilities, so they can embrace their soul gifts and thrive in a modern world.

She's passionate in her pursuit of spiritual and healing knowledge, and holds accredited professional qualifications in clinical hypnotherapy, energy healing, past life regression therapy, trauma informed coaching and naturopathic nutrition, and is a Reiki master-teacher.

After failing to suppress her psychic skills for two decades, Helen learned to embrace her intuitive abilities following a life-changing illness, which triggered a profound spiritual awakening.


Over the past 20 years, Helen has worked with hundreds of clients and taught hundreds of hours of healing and psychic development classes.

Helen has been featured in Spirit and Destiny magazine, and in 2014 she won an Inspiring Human Potential Award for her work.

She describes herself as a spiritual renegade, kitchen witch and energy catalyst.

When she's not teaching or working with clients, you'll find her in her woodland cabin with her head buried in a good book or cooking up a witch-worthy food storm in the kitchen.
