I am a level 5 qualified sports massage therapist, offering many treatment modalities to relieve everyday aches and pains including

• cupping,
• dry needling,
• myofascial release,
• hot stones and
• bamboo,
• spine and joint manipulation,.

I have a wide range of clients including athletes, manual workers, office workers, people of all ages and all walks of life.
I also have a passion for other healing modalities such as Reiki in which I have trained to Master / Teacher level.
I offer Indian head massage, pregnancy massage and deep tissue relaxation massage along with my other treatment offerings.
As a teacher I teach sports massage, Reiki, various cpd courses such as cupping and am also a qualified First Aid instructor.
