Welcome to The Inner Healing!

Hello, I’m Olga. And I’m here as a guide to help you heal your past and present vibrations, to dissolve and release energies that don’t belong to you, and to help you get in balance. In a healing session, we do this together, using the three most important medicines on Earth: forgiveness, kindness, and compassion.

I believe that my healing work brings a fresh and unique perspective on the mystery of life on Earth, as guided by the Higher Consciousness. I offer to guide you on your path of awakening to stay vibrant and do your own inner work to heal.

My healing path started with immersion into Hatha Yoga and Yoga Nidra and continued into Kundalini yoga teachers’ training, and other yoga practices under different lineages. I fell in love with yoga as a philosophy and started to practice postural yoga to prepare for deep, long meditations. I have my credentials through Yoga Alliance - USA (E RYT- 500, YACEP). I am a certified 1000-hour yoga teacher. I am a certified Hatha and Yoga Nidra teacher (2013 - 200 hours), Kundalini Yoga teacher (200 hours); Vinyasa flow teacher (Yin, Restorative, Chair yoga with 300 hours), and Laughter yoga practitioner. I also completed another Hatha Yoga 300 hours of Yoga teacher’s training (teachings from Rishikesh) which was focused on advanced yoga practices regarding philosophy, shatkarmas, meditation, and breathing techniques. I also practice Vishoka meditation and Yoga Nidra under the lineage of Swami Rama, so I offer these modalities as pre-recorded meditation classes.

Crystals (or gemstones) have always been fascinating to me. I started to admire, collect, and explore when I was 20 years old. I have a very deep connection with this gift from Earth and have delved deep into learning as much about them as possible including a few certification courses.

With great passion, I offer courses for those who are also attracted to this realm of very special consciousness.

In my search for truth and wisdom, I also explored teachings of the light work of Usui/Tibetan Reiki (certified Master/Teacher at Level 4), as well as advanced Reiki modalities such as Lemurian, Dolphin, Kundalini and Karuna Ki Reiki that I intensively practice and pass attunements via workshops to those who are ready to receive higher vibrations and to deepen their connection with other dimensions, as well as to heal others.

Later in my healing journey, I discovered Shamanism—which completely transformed my life. I studied these primeval healing practices of our ancestors under the lineage of Dr. Michael Harner and with many renowned Shamanic teachers: Sandra Ingerman, don Oscar Miro-Quesada, Hank Wesselman, Lynn Andrews, Itzhak Beery, Denise Linn and Nicky Scully. I use several ancient healing techniques to help my clients: Shamanic Extraction healing to remove external energies, Power Animal retrieval, Divination, Soul retrieval, Psychopomp, and Soul release.

I started to practice daily meditation in silence and stillness since 2019, which resulted in channeling the wisdom from the Higher consciousness that I captured in the form of two books that are available for purchase on Amazon.

My healing methods and teachings are experiential. I offer them through workshops and certifications. They blend Western psychology and Eastern and ancient spiritual practices with mindful attention to the inner self.

As an energy healer, I have an intuitive approach to living and healing. I use various healing methods as medicine for inner transformation. I use a holistic approach to personal development and wellbeing by guiding towards a path of self-discovery. My healing sessions are tailored to each individual. Since our state of being is constantly changing, each session is different to reflect even the subtlest vibrations.

I am passionate about guiding you to achieve your highest potential – physically, emotionally, and energetically. My approach is especially effective for those experiencing imbalances such as depression, anger, anxiety, creativity blockage, lack of self-confidence and self-love.

My work in private practice includes Life coaching (health, wellness and weight loss), teaching yoga classes (pre-recorded), conducting healing sessions and different workshops (live or pre-recorded) that teach you how to be in your body, come to peace with life’s traumas, dissolve and release them. In addition, you may wish to use herbs, crystals, breathing and meditation techniques, listening to mantras, using positive affirmations, or practicing yoga or other calming modalities to further enhance your healing process.

I offer a unique approach to you, as an individual with a Cosmic signature, in the time of specific needs for healing the wounds that manifest on different levels: mental, emotional, spiritual and physical. I do a diagnostic to your current state of vibrations and find a need for specific healing through my Shamanic work. I use many ancient methods of healing: yoga, meditation, healing with crystals, sound healing with Tibetan singing bowls, as well as sound therapy with several high-vibrational and gentle instruments.

I may apply combinations of Reiki healing techniques, sound, and crystal healing to help you elevate your vibrations, by first removing the energies that do not belong to you (shamanic extraction healing), blocking your full potential.

I use shamanic drumming to journey into other dimensions to find your Spirit guides (Guided mediation), Spirit animals (Power animal retrieval), perform healings (Shamanic extraction healing, Soul release, Soul retrieval) or just to find answers to your questions in a gentle, organic way (divination).

I offer Shamanic Reiki Healing Sessions combined with sound, crystals, tuning forks; Divination and Dream interpretation sessions; along with Tibetan bowls sound healing and Sound therapy sessions.
