Alcohol Awareness Presentations – In The Workplace
This interactive session delivers everything your employees need to know about alcohol
Did you know that each day more than 520,000 people in the UK go to work feeling hung over? Drinkaware surveyed more than 1,000 adults and found that almost one in 10 people go to work suffering from the effects of too much alcohol at least twice a week. With hundreds of thousands of people going to work every day after a heavy night, it impacts work productivity and can often result in employees going home sick.
Often, people are unaware of how much they are actually drinking, and the impact it may be having. By giving your employees the facts about how alcohol might be affecting their behaviour and performance both in and out of work, we can encourage them to make better choices about their drinking – helping you create a healthier, happier and more productive workplace. We will actively encourage your employees to take on a 100-day supported sobriety challenge. Your employees will receive a completion certificate at the end of the challenge and the results in the workplace will speak for themselves.
This interactive session delivers everything your employees need to know about alcohol – we will share our own story along with an explanation of units and drink strength, we will help your employees see the impact of alcohol on health and wellbeing at work and provide impartial advice to help them make better choices about their drinking.
Our service is tailored to a wide variety of audiences ranging from Rehabilitation Centres, Schools, Colleges and Universities to Professionals. We will enable people to develop their self-knowledge, self-esteem and self-confidence around alcohol. Our aim through supported delivery of our talk is to raise awareness about drinking, the effects alcohol has on yourself and those around you and learn from our personal and professional experiences. Upon completion of the training, participants will be invited to join a 30-100 Day Supported Sober Experiment.

Sober Coaching
Whether you are doing the 30-day supported Sober Experiment, have completed it, or are on your own sober journey, sometimes we all need a little extra help and just talking to people who understand your journey can really boost your progress.
Support through the first stages of sobriety is the most vital and we can help you to start your journey of self-discovery.
With sobriety comes creativity and innovation, without doubt you will want to stretch your new sober legs, question your new-found abilities and we can help you to push through your doubts to build the life of your dreams.
Both of us have been where you are. We have battled with anxiety, miscarriage, divorce, marriage, raising children, stressful professional lives and have come out shining on the other side. We had a love-hate relationship with alcohol. Loving the way it made us feel after one or two, fearing giving it up forever, hating the hold it had over us – hating our inability to moderate.
We coached each other, held each other accountable, checked in with each other as we accumulated our sober days and it was this that spurred us to help others. With our experience, you WILL succeed without the pain. We will work with you offering encouragement, building your resilience whilst highlighting and growing your strengths through a trusting relationship.
You can book a Coaching Zoom Call here or feel free to book a block if you feel you need longer.
