Ana Palma & Renato Koch are the trainers in Awakening Prema with 20 years of experience in Meditation, Yoga, Energy Healing, Sound Healing and Breathwork connecting the knowledge of ancient wisdom with the modern science in their approach in our private therapies, group sessions, certified training, corporate workshops and retreats.
We provide years of experience with our open hearts in service for the evolution and awakening of humanity. Our services bring practical tools to expand our awareness/consciousness in order to bring harmony to our physical, mental and emotional bodies in support for the healing and transformation to happen in all spheres.
Based in Dubai (UAE) where we provide regular workshops, therapies, sessions and training, we have been offering services in Portugal, Spain, Brazil, India and Cambodia.
