An experienced, passionate and fun-loving yoga teacher-trainer and mentor. I support yoga teachers to teach with confidence and run their business with ease, turning passion into profit!

I’ve had a career dedicated to education, training, and sharing the light that is yoga. Working both online and in-person from Cornwall, I train people to become confident, effective, happy yoga teachers, and share my specialist knowledge of Yin, Pregnancy and Postnatal yoga.

I am deeply passionate that yoga teachers feel confident to teach and know how to run a yoga business. I mentor yoga teachers and other holistic and wellness entrepreneurs to create profitable, sustainable, impactful yoga businesses because if I can do it, you can too!
