I am a member of the PVG Scheme and member of The BCMA (The British Complementary Medicine Association), Angelic Reiki Association and MISA (Massage in Schools Association).

My interest in complementary therapies goes back many years and has been a journey of personal development and discovery for me. After reading and finding out about various therapies I found myself being drawn to certain therapies and I started studying these in my spare time. I first did a COSCA Certificate in Counselling Skills in 1997, quickly followed by my first Reiki Course in 1998. The rest, as they say, is history!

As well as working one to one with clients, I also offer talks, taster sessions, courses and workshops for businesses, charities, schools, community groups and organisations. I teach a range of courses, from introductory workshops right through to practitioner and teacher level in a variety of therapies.
