Yvonne Lee-Hawkins, IPHM is a certified Wellness and Self-care Coach and author. She has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from Gannon University. She is a professional problem solver, who has coached and mentored throughout her corporate career.
She has tried and tested countless health and wellness strategies to help her deal with the relentless pressures of a high achieving career as a breadwinner. She previously held leadership positions at Amazon, Blue Origin, Target, and BASF, all while raising three amazing kids. When she is not working, she loves to go on outdoor adventures with her family, in the Pacific Northwest where they call home. She is an avid hiker, and Peloton rider, who believes that nature and movement are medicine.
