Charles Ng, the founder and resident consultant of Folke Skincare since its inception in 2003, is a pioneer in Singapore's plant-based natural skincare realm. Armed with a background in engineering, holistic health, and nutrition, he has played a key role in developing non-invasive skincare technologies.

His journey began at age 15, formulating plant-based remedies for his sensitive, acne-prone skin, utilising pharmaceutical-grade ingredients. Charles graduated with honors in Engineering and later earned himself a Ph.D. in Holistic Medicine. Continuous learning from institutions like Cornell University and Harvard Medical School reflects his commitment to staying at the forefront of his field.

Driven by a dedication to natural living, Charles has consistently researched and educated himself to craft innovative, sustainable, and environmentally friendly skincare solutions. Recognising the potential of artificial intelligence and data analysis in skincare innovation, he collaborated with experts in engineering, aesthetics, and medical science. This resulted in the development of AI diagnostic tools and non-invasive FDA-approved technologies, showcasing his interdisciplinary approach to holistic skincare.
