I'm Becca Gillen and I'm a certified life and health coach with a background in nursing, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), and holistic wellness.
I specialise in a whole mind-body approach, integrating both top-down and bottom-up techniques to help individuals manage their minds, process emotions in their bodies, and unlock their full potential.
My methodology combines evidence-based practices like CBT, Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) with powerful somatic tools such as Breathwork, movement, and contrast therapy (heat and cold exposure). Through this integrated approach, I empower individuals to build resilience, regulate their nervous system, and make meaningful changes in their personal development journey.
With a deep understanding of both psychological frameworks and body-based interventions, my aim is to help clients bridge the gap between thought and action—guiding you to not only shift your mindset but to embody lasting transformation.
