The Benefits of Crystals and NLP

Crystal coaching is something people don’t know a lot about. It’s a process I have been excitedly building this last couple of months. As a trained crystal lover (and someone who loves reading cards – Oracle and Tarot) and a NLP Practitioner, I started thinking about how I could bring my passion to my NLP driven coaching to benefit my clients. None of what I do is new – it’s just never been put together.

With my NLP techniques, I help you get clear on your goals and steps to move forward. With my Crystal skills, I ensure you keep your Chakras in balance. It’s a complete service to keep your business, mind and well-being moving forward.

SO WHO AM I?

I’m Mary Cushen. Mother to twin girls, wife to a supportive husband, multiple business owner.

My favourite time of day is walking along the riverbank opposite our house. It’s a great way to clear the mind as well as trying to keep healthy. Pasta is my favourite (beetroot pasta is top of the list) and, although I’m not a vegetarian any more, I don’t eat much meat. I love giraffes, green (most things in nature are green) and just having fun with my girls.

Career wise, I am an Agile Practitioner, Crystal Healing Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, Business Analyst, Leadership and Management Expert, and a lot of other things that probably will mean nothing to you. However, if you are interested in anything in particular, just ask – I have nothing to hide. What I will say is that my personal development is key for me. I am constantly looking at ways I can improve myself to enhance my client experience.
