My personal journey from a place of burnout and over-giving to one of confidence and balance has inspired my passion for helping women reconnect with their inner strength.

Specialising in trauma-informed coaching, I guide women through a transformative process of healing and self-discovery, helping them align with their true selves. My signature AIM Method™️ framework—Alignment, Integration, and Mastery—incorporates Breathwork, Somatic Healing, Meditation, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Positive Psychology to create a holistic and sustainable approach to deep, lasting change.
