I have been a Complementary Therapist in Dorset since 2012. I discovered Reiki and loved helping people, supporting them with depression, anxiety and insomnia.
Over the years I have gained more knowledge and experience now practising in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and Hawaiian Hands Free Massage. These have been a great resource and can also be blended to create a bespoke treatment.
Having completed Aromatherapy at the beginning of 2024, I am now able to use essential oils has enhance all my therapies and make blends specific to their needs and bring balance to the body.
As a Complementary Therapist I enjoy meeting new people, listening and supporting them. Working for Wessex Cancer Support since 2017, I have gained knowledge and experience supporting people while going through treatment for cancer. This has been incredibly humbling to help and support those facing such difficult journeys.
