I'm a Holistic Coach that offers you a personalized support for your healing process. My approach is about kindness, welcoming and efficiency. That's why I'm working on the psychological level (focusing therapy, PNL), as well as the energetic level (reiki, pranatherapy) and the physical level (yoga, naturopathy). Because I believe that an efficient approach is a global one ! I help you getting unstuck, doing an emotional work, being anchored and clear-minded, in order to feel more in control and connected to yourself and to your body's messages on a daily basis.

Je suis une Coach Holistique qui vous offre un accompagnement personnalisé dans votre processus de guérison. Mon approche tourne autour de la bienveillance, de l'écoute et de l'efficacité. C'est pourquoi je travaille autant au niveau psychologique (thérapie focusing, PNL), qu'au niveau énergétique (Reiki, pranathérapie) et qu'au niveau physique (yoga, naturopathie). Car je crois qu'une approche efficace c'est une approche globale !
