Hello Lovelies!

I am so exited to work with you as a Sober Coach and i am passionate about helping as many people as i can, create a life that they can turn up too, and be fully present in, every single day.

I have worked closely with people suffering from addiction for nearly 11 years and i also had my own personal battle with alcohol so i know first hand how hard it is, to not only stop drinking, but also to be a drinker.

There's a big grey area around alcoholism and if you don't fit the stigma of an 'alcoholic' then you go back to thinking that you are the problem and must try harder to control your drinking. The truth is, if your drinking is an issue for YOU, no matter what your consumption is, then it's an issue.

I have a Bee Sober Coaching Diploma, accredited with the IPHM and am currently studying NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming), Addiction Counselling and Reiki. I Love to add some alternative therapy to my days.

At the moment i am offering 1:1 coaching and i am in the process of creating some different options to give people more of a choice on how they want to move their life forward in a really positive and powerful way.
Empowerment, self care and self love are at the root of my work.

Nobody ever smashed a glass ceiling with a glass in their hand!
