I am a sobriety and wellness coach based in Scotland, i provide one to one coaching as well as providing seminars for work placed initiatives.

As well as sobriety coaching I practice cold water therapy and i have coached many people of all ages into the cold water over the years.
I also use breath work and coach this too, all of these underpin my sobriety coaching and compliments the self care piece of my business.

From the age of 15 alcohol had always been a big part of my life, all through my teens and my later years I was proud to be able to "hold my drink".........
