Hello my name is Cally, here is a little bit about me:

Ever since I can remember, I've been a strong empath, people have always come to me for advice, to vent and to express themselves. I have always loved holding space for others, it gives me a sense of purpose and it fills my heart with joy to help someone else feel more at peace or less alone. 

For years, I felt like my soul was being crushed every day doing a job that I had no true passion for. My higher self was shouting to me and pleading with me to follow her lead. I knew I was meant for something more, something different. I wanted to follow my passion of empowering others and to go to sleep every night with a full heart, feeling fulfilled and knowing that I had made a difference in the world.

 I am a Life Coach, specialising in mindset, self-love and empowerment.

I help people take control of how they speak to themselves, therefore, reprogramming their subconscious to work for them in a positive way rather than against them negatively. I help them to honour and nurture their relationship with self, getting it to a harmonious, empowered place, setting the tone for all other relationships and aspects of their lives and allowing them to thrive rather than just survive.

I hold my client's hand and allow them to see their true unlimited potential without being clouded by limiting beliefs. I give them an outside, non-biased and non-emotional perspective which allows them to see things more clearly.

I enable them to get clarity on their goals and how to action them in a way which is not overwhelming while also holding them accountable to ensure they meet the success they desire. I hold space for them and listen without judgement, I make them feel seen, heard and understood.

I show them how to embody their highest self, show up as them, make decisions as them an have the dream life they desire, standing in their power and truth.
