I have completed advanced training in Vinyasa Yoga by Blissology, Yin Yoga by Tiffany Cruikshank, and Mindfulness-Based Meditation Teacher Training by Tara Brach & Jack Kornfield. Additionally, I am an upcoming Certified Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner trained by Dr. Gabor Maté, specializing in understanding the deeper emotional and psychological patterns that influence our well-being. - Compassionate Inquiry Sessions: Deeply transformative sessions that utilize compassionate inquiry to uncover and understand the roots of emotional distress. This approach fosters awareness and healing through gentle exploration of your inner landscape. (Zoom) - Duration: 75 minutes
- Online Group Yoga Classes: Join a supportive group in classes that focus on various themes, including stress relief, emotional balance, and mindfulness. Each class is designed to cultivate community and connection - Duration: 75 minutes
- Online Workshops and Retreats: Participate in immersive workshops and retreats centered on mindfulness, yoga, and compassionate inquiry. These experiences provide deeper learning and personal growth in a nurturing environment.
